Many people have some misalignment, muscular imbalance, postural deviation, or fitness goal they need to focus on and this where private sessions are invaluable.

Private sessions are 55 minutes in length.  The one-on-one instruction allows the instructor to customize your regimen based on your alignment and fitness level.  Pilates is designed to improve your weaknesses and challenge your strengths and with the Pilates equipment system, movement patterns can be fine tuned and exercises modified for the beginner and for the advanced client.

Semi-private sessions are a great way to work out with a friend or significant other. Having a consistent and reliable partner helps to increase success and commitment to your practice. A combined set of goals will be established so that each client, even at different levels, will benefit.

Scheduling will be a joint effort between parties. Please note, however, that if both parties are not available on the agreed upon schedule, the session will have to be rescheduled or the client who is available has the option to do a private session at the package rate.
