Are your shoulders and scapulas equal in height when viewing from the front or back?  From the side view are your shoulders rounded forward?  From the back, is the scapula on one side further away from the spine than the other?

In this workshop we will explore healthy shoulder posture, exercises to create alignment and key points on how to prevent injury.
