Caitlin Casazza

Caitlin Casazza is a certified pain-free functional movement specialist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Georgia. Her passion and drive is to assist others in their journey to achieving a healthy, active life. As an athlete, Caitlin competed for UGA’s Division I Championship Swim Team; was a two-time Olympic Trial qualifier, a four-time NCAA qualifier, All American, and was a key member of the 2016 D1 Women’s National Championship Team. During her athletic career, she learned the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery from her own experiences with injury and nagging pain. She hopes to help other clients and athletes in their pursuit of pain-free excellence.

Caitlin will be at the studio on Wednesdays and Thursday from 5:15pm-7:30pm and on select Saturdays from 8-1pm. She will be offering functional movement screens, movement one-on-one/group sessions, along with a variety of other services/therapies.
