  • Start each day with a protein rich breakfast
    Each week, Perfect Form will post a protein smoothie recipe.
  • Bang out an hour of intervals per week in addition to your regular Pilates sessions
    Each week, Perfect Form will post a 20 minute interval workout that can easily be done at home
  • Do some late night visualization
  • Work on your weaknesses
    For the month of January, Perfect Form is offering 2 private sessions for $99 so you can focus on those areas within the Pilates Method that you find challenging.
  • Toss out the processed foods Get your water intake
  • Keep a gratitude journal
  • Do some soft tissue work
    Once a month, we will be offering a foam rolling/soft tissue release class on Saturday. Watch the schedule online for dates.
  • Find a great training partner
    For the month of January, Perfect Form will be offering 3 private duet sessions for you and a partner for only $150 (that’s only $75 each)
  • Consistently shoot for 8 hours of sleep
