I love a good cold plunge and so excited @inmotionfitnessinc has introduced their new recovery lab!
Took about 2 minutes to submerge up to my waist, then another minute to sit down, extend my legs and lean back. I wasn't able to fully submerge on this first try. Then focused my breathing to get in a good 6-7 minutes. The shivering started and I had to get out. After reading about protocols, shivering is good and looking forward to trying it again - in for 1-2 minutes, then out - 2-3 rounds.

Arm circles with extension on the #contrologyarmchair - unsupported - loaded - working against the springs. Next up - supporting my body weight on my arms...hmmm - It's fun to see the progressions and range of motion based on support, assistance and load. There are many places to work extension of the spine without having to bring your arms overhead. So if a full backbend isn't your goal, here are a few. And if it is, this is a good place to start. More to come on shoulder mobility and the role of your glutes!
