Perfect Form Studio is light, open, and inviting.  Offering flexible leasing options for workshops or continuing education in the areas of Physical Therapy, Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Meditation and more.

The Perfect Form Pilates Studio is doing a Core Compassion MATraiser.  This fundraiser is set up so that participants pay $10 for a 1 hour mat class and all of the proceeds will go to the Core Compassion Project (CCP).

The Core Compassion Project is a non-profit that offers post-rehab Pilates scholarships to women and men battling breast cancer.  Each scholarship is valued at $600 and includes 10 private Pilates sessions for these survivors.  They will also receive manuals that they can use at home to continue their progress and healing.

This is a great way for healthy athletes to pay it forward and support others who need help so that their post-surgery bodies can recover and regain strength.
