Many people have some misalignment, muscular imbalance, postural deviation, or fitness goal they need to focus on and this is where private sessions are invaluable.

Private sessions are 55 minutes in length.  The one-on-one instruction allows the instructor to customize your regimen based on your alignment and fitness level.  Pilates is designed to improve your weaknesses and challenge your strengths and with the Pilates equipment system, movement patterns can be fine tuned and exercises modified for the beginner and for the advanced client.
