We’ve Gone Virtual!
“Fantastic! Just as an effective workout at home as in the studio.”
“Was very easy to connect and follow the instructor.”
VIRTUAL
What is a virtual session?
Virtual sessions are online learning environments that allow you to interact with the instructor or host, from the comfort of your own home or location of choice.
What virtual sessions is Perfect Form Pilates offering?
We have a variety of online group sessions from Morning Mat, Foam Roller Flow to Cardio options such as Barre & Cardio/Core intervals. Perfect Form is also offering private or semi-private sessions which allows for more individualized attention.
How do I register?
Currently we are not offering group virtual sessions, however, for private or semi-private instruction you can reach out directly to your instructor or call/text/email the studio at 704-560-0383 / info@perfectformpilates.com
After scheduling, how do I access the session online?
For private and semi-private sessions, those are scheduled directly with your instructor. The instructor will schedule your session via ZOOM and forward you a link.
Will I be able to see the instructor clearly to understand the workout sequences?
There are several ‘view’ options in ZOOM. Depending on whether you are using a phone, table or computer, there will either be the ability to ‘swipe’ the screen left to see the various viewing options or there may be a button in the top right hand corner that gives you the option of having a speaker view (host) or gallery view (where you see all participants).

Group Class Descriptions
Morning Mat (with props) – All Levels
Start your day with the foundational benefits of Pilates – Stretch, Strength and Control. Each morning we will meet on the mat for a segmented series of exercises that can either be modified or enhanced. Props can be used but are not required (fitness circle, mini ball, light weights and theraband)
Foam Roller Flow – All Levels
In this session we will combine release and work techniques to elongate the body, relieve stress and strengthen the core. When our body gets tight, it is searching for strength, but if we do not open up areas holding stress, then our body is subject to compensation. Using the foam roller also supports correcting postural alignment. With correct posture, muscle fibers fire more efficiently. Props needed – foam roller
Classical Mat – Intermediate/Advanced
In this series, clients will learn the classical repertoire designed by Joseph Pilates to enhance fitness and functionality in the human body. Completing the mat series in 30 minutes is a goal for the Pilates fanatic and once you practice you will quickly learn why the equipment was developed and how it supports the body. This session is designed for the intermediate/advanced client and incorporates full loaded flexion of the spine. No props needed.
Reformer on the Mat – Intermediate
In this session, we will duplicate the reformer intermediate/advanced order on the mat. Most clients are familiar with the order and learning and perfecting the series will make you more efficient on the apparatus. By changing your environment you may even highlight new strengths and challenge some weaknesses. Prop needed – foam roller.
Meet me at the Barre (virtually) – All Levels
We are fusing Pilates with the barre technique to create a fun and energetic class to help tone hips/legs, tighten your core and strengthen the upper body. This a fast paced session so cardio is an added benefit. Props needed – chair, light weights, mini ball (not required)
Cardio & Core – All Levels
Join us for another cardio session. Our Cardio & Core is based upon interval training modules and body weight exercises designed around strength building, coordination drills and balance challenges. Props needed – tennis shoes, light weights (optional)
