Perfect Form Pilates has been serving Lake Norman and the surrounding area for over 15 years. Specializing in privates and small group sessions, the studio also offers other opportunities to gain deeper knowledge and practice the method.

Perfect Form’s studio has a dedicated area for private sessions and another area designated for semi-privates (3-5). The private room has the full Contrology suite of equipment. The larger room has Studio reformer/tower combos, along with low chairs. Fully equipped with other apparatus and props, clients are given the opportunity to cultivate a practice that works for their body - highlighting strengths and identifying areas for improvement.

Our team of certified Pilates teachers is passionate about helping you achieve your goals. We provide personalized instruction and support to ensure that you are getting the most out of your practice, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner.
Fully equipped with various apparatus and props, clients are given the opportunity to cultivate a practice that works for their body – highlighting strengths and identifying weaknesses.

Private Sessions are 50 minutes and are customized for the client’s needs. Not only will your instructor help you learn the Pilates Method, you will work on specific movement patterns, misalignment, muscular imbalances and/or postural deviations. Private sessions for two (2) same level individuals.

Leveled Semi-Private Apparatus sessions are teacher-led with a group of clients at a similar level. Because these sessions are small (3-5) compared to other facilities, variations can be explored if needed to advance one’s practice.

New clients typically start with two Discovery Sessions. As a client progresses and if the desire is to move into a group setting, we work towards assigning them to an appropriate leveled group when available.

Joseph Pilates designed a series of 34 mat exercises that focus on strengthening and coordinating the body's muscles. These exercises are typically performed in a sequence, with modifications available for different fitness levels. They target core strength, flexibility, coordination, and postural alignment.
